Choosing a fragrance is personal. We built our return policy around that belief — you should never have to open something you're not certain about.

01 Wear it before you open it.

Every 50ml Eau de Parfum ships with a complimentary 2ml sample of the same fragrance. Wear the sample first. Live in it for a day or two. If it's not right, return the unopened bottle within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return conditions

Return requested within 14 days of delivery. Full-size bottle must be sealed, unopened, and unused. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

02 Discovery Set credit.

Not sure which fragrance is yours? Start with the Discovery Set. Wear all three properly before you decide.

Once you find the one, the full cost of your Discovery Set ($35) is credited toward any 50ml Eau de Parfum. After purchasing your Discovery Set you will receive a unique discount code by email. Enter it at checkout when purchasing your 50ml. Your code is valid for two weeks from the date of purchase.

03 Items not eligible for return.
Discovery Sets Final sale. Not eligible for return unless faulty.
Travel Sizes (10ml) Final sale. Not eligible for return unless faulty.
Opened bottles Not eligible for return. This is why we include a sample.
04 Faulty or damaged items.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
