RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Because choosing a scent is personal. Notes To Poppy fragrances are designed to be experienced with confidence.

Risk-Free Fragrance Experience

Every 50ml Eau de Parfum includes a matching sample vial.

Begin with the sample. If the scent feels right, unwrap your full-size fragrance. If it doesn't, return the unopened bottle for a refund or credit.

Return Conditions

· Returns requested within 14 days of delivery

· Full-size bottle must remain sealed, unopened, and unused

· Refund, exchange, or store credit available (subject to stock)

· Return shipping costs are non-refundable

Items Not Eligible for Return

Unless deemed faulty, the following items are final sale:

• Discovery Sets
• Travel sizes (10ml)

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video evidence.

Our Customer Care team will review your request and guide you through the next steps. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
